Professional coaching
Professional coaching is a process of accompaniment ("walking with you") through a change process towards a defined goal.
I do this through questioning your thinking and working with your emotions, experiences and your intuition. With my work I help you become more self-aware, find out what is currently holding you back and how you can overcome the present obstacles. I respect that you are the expert on yourself and do not give advice. With coaching you can build yourself a new way to the future.
My services
I offer 1:1 professional coaching as well as group coaching.
I coach in English, German and French.
1:1 coaching sessions can be either in person or online via video call.
Sessions are usually between 1 and 1.5 hours long.
My coaching office is in the wonderful quartier of Eaux-Vives in Geneva, Switzerland. When weather permits, I also offer coaching outside, for example a coaching walk.
Virtual sessions are available for clients from basically anywhere as long as our time zones are somehow compatible.
I offer group coaching on demand for teams and companies that want to work on a selected theme, e.g. communication.
