About me
I am a certified professional coach with over 15 years professional experience in academia and pharmaceutical consulting; currently holding a senior leadership position in a boutique consulting firm.
In 2025 I began working as an independent coach while finalizing my training as a Certified Professional Coach, which led me to founding CRAFT Coaching & Consulting.
In my coaching practice, I work with professionals, doctoral students and postdocs to help them find their way towards becoming the professional they want to be.
When I am not coaching, you mostly find me by, in or on water, snow, or ice. Sometimes I get to combine my two great passions and coach from my little boat.

My own personal journey
From my own personal journey I understand how difficult it can be to make the shift:
To move away from taking on too much responsibility towards setting healthy boundaries.
To stop sacrificing my own desires and needs for the sake of others’ performance, peace, or well-being and start to value and preserve myself.
To put an end to trying to please and to start showing up as my authentic best self.
It has been a very rewarding journey to learn that this shift is not only possible but also a way to excel as high-performing professional and effective team leader. Today, I am proud of the path I have taken and the work environment I have created for myself and my team.

CRAFT Coaching & Consulting
CRAFT has two meanings:
Certain types of job have the feeling of working in some type of "factory" with the main focus being to produce results quickly and efficiently, while I prefer if it feels like craftsmanship - where the best solutions can be developed with the freedom to be creative and innovative. That's exactly the feeling I want to convey in my coaching sessions: a safe space to experiment, be creative and find a unique solution.
CRAFT is also an acronym of my key values.
